We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order if we believe there is an error, fraud, or unauthorised activity.

Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We accept payment through PayPal, Stripe, Visa, Mastercard. Full payment must be made at the time of ordering.

Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within 2 to 5 working days after receiving payment. Delivery times are estimated and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by postal services or customs.

Returns and Refunds

You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you cancel, you must return the goods to us at your own expense (unless faulty).

Faulty or Incorrect Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us immediately.

We will arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, and cover any return shipping costs where appropriate.
