Description
A handcrafted singing bowl made in Nepal, created through traditional full-moon forging techniques to support calm, mindful rituals at home.
Each Nepal Handmade Full Moon Singing Bowl is shaped by skilled artisans using age-old methods passed down through generations. Because the bowl is forged entirely by hand, every piece carries its own marks of making — subtle textures, variations and gentle traces that reflect the human touch behind it. These are part of its character and a reminder that true craftsmanship is never produced on a factory line.
When played with a mallet, the bowl produces a steady, soothing tone. Many people enjoy using it as part of meditation, yoga, breathwork or simple quiet moments throughout the day. It can also be a beautiful piece of home décor, adding a sense of tranquillity to any space.
A Note on Handmade Craftsmanship
These features are completely normal and do not affect the bowl’s sound:
- Gentle forging marks created during hand-beating
- Small surface bubbles or natural grooves
- Slight variations in thickness
- Manual measurements that may differ by approximately 1cm
These details are part of the bowl’s natural charm and story.
Care Guidance
To keep your bowl looking its best:
- Store in a clean, dry place
- Wipe with a soft cotton cloth after use
- Avoid long-term contact with water
- Do not use metal scrubbers or abrasive cleaners
- Avoid strong detergents, alcohol or harsh solvents
- Handle with care to prevent dents or drops
If using water to create visual vibration effects (as shown in some demonstrations), choose a bowl above 17cm in diameter for more noticeable “water blossom” movement. Daily use does not require water.
