Refunds and Replacements
1. Your Legal Rights (UK Consumers)
If you are a UK consumer, your purchase is protected by the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
These include, but are not limited to:
A 14-day legal right to cancel your order for most items bought online, starting the day after you receive your goods
A further 14 days to return the item once you have notified us of cancellation
A 30-day right to reject goods that are faulty, damaged, or not as described
A right to a repair or replacement if a fault develops within the first 6 months (unless we can show the fault was not present at delivery)
These legal rights apply automatically and are separate from our voluntary returns policy below.
2. Our 30-Day Goodwill Returns Policy
In addition to your legal rights, we offer a 30-day returns window from the date you receive your order.
This applies if you:
Change your mind
Ordered the wrong item
Decide the item is not suitable
Conditions
To be eligible under this goodwill policy:
Items must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
Jewellery must be returned unworn and hygienically unused
Items must be returned with original packaging where reasonably possible
We reserve the right to refuse or partially refund items returned in a condition that goes beyond reasonable inspection.
3. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives:

Please contact us within 30 days of delivery, providing:
Your order number
A brief description of the issue
Clear photographs where applicable
We will:
Offer a replacement or refund, and
Cover reasonable return postage costs where required
If the fault appears within 6 months, it is assumed to have been present at delivery unless proven otherwise.
4. How to Return an Item
Before returning any item, please contact us here.
Returns sent without prior contact may be delayed or rejected.
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
5. Return Postage Costs

Original delivery charges are refunded only where required by law (standard delivery rate).
5.1 Proof of Return
Customers are responsible for ensuring returned items are sent using a reliable postal service and must retain proof of posting.
We cannot process a refund for returned items that are lost in transit unless valid proof of return is provided.
6. Refund Processing
Refunds are issued to the original payment method
Refunds are processed within 14 days of:
Receiving the returned item, or
Receiving proof of return
We aim to process refunds within 7 working days where possible.
7. Deductions for Loss of Value
Where items are returned under the legal cancellation right but show signs of use beyond reasonable inspection, we may make a proportionate deduction to reflect any loss in value.
This does not apply to faulty items.
8. International Customers
We extend our 30-day goodwill returns policy worldwide.
However, if local consumer law in your country provides greater protection, those statutory rights will apply instead.
Return postage costs for international orders are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
9. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items may not be eligible for return unless faulty:
Earrings and jewellery intended for piercing
Items clearly marked as non-returnable at purchase
This does not affect your statutory rights.
