By placing an order, you confirm you are authorised to use the payment method provided and that all information supplied is accurate.
Your order constitutes an offer to purchase.
Acceptance occurs when we send a confirmation email.
We reserve the right to cancel any order (with a full refund) if an item is unavailable, pricing is incorrect, or fraudulent activity is suspected.
We take care to ensure product details are accurate.
However, slight variations may occur due to:

Manufacturing tolerances
Batch variations
All dimensions and specifications are provided in good faith but cannot be guaranteed to be exact.
Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable.
Payment is taken at the time of purchase.
We accept major credit/debit cards and other methods shown at checkout.
If you are located outside the UK, your bank may apply currency conversion fees.
Orders are processed within 1–2 days (Monday–Saturday).
Items may arrive separately.
Ireland: 5–12 days (free delivery)
UK: 7–15 days
International: Delivery times vary by country.
If any known customs/VAT charges are identified by our suppliers at the time of fulfilment, Spencer Vibes will cover them.
If any unexpected or additional fees arise upon arrival in your country, these must be paid by the customer.
This is uncommon but possible with international shipments.

You then have a further 14 days to return the goods
Refunds include the basic delivery cost (if applicable)
Items must be unused and returned in their original condition
As a gesture of goodwill, customers in Canada, the United States, and New Zealand may return goods within 30 days of delivery.
This does not affect any statutory rights applicable in your country.
If an item is faulty, damaged or not as described, we will:

and we will cover reasonable return postage costs.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
We process refunds within 7 working days of receiving the returned item or proof of posting.
Legally, refunds will be completed no later than 14 days after receiving the returned goods.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits your legal rights.
We do not accept liability for:
indirect or consequential losses
events beyond our control
delays caused by courier services or customs agencies
losses arising from misuse of products
Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
These Terms and your order are governed by the laws of England & Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England & Wales, unless local consumer law in your country requires otherwise.
We may amend these Terms occasionally.
