5. Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes stated on product pages or at checkout. All delivery times are estimates only and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • postal or courier services

  • customs or border controls for international orders

  • events outside our reasonable control

Risk of loss or damage passes to you upon delivery.

9. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Goods

If goods are faulty, damaged, or not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund in line with your statutory rights.

Where goods are faulty or incorrect:

  • We will cover reasonable return postage costs

  • Faults appearing within the first 6 months are presumed to have been present at delivery unless proven otherwise

10. Condition of Returned Goods

When returning goods under the legal right to cancel, you may inspect them as you would in a physical shop.

However, if goods are handled beyond reasonable inspection and this results in a loss of value, we may make a proportionate deduction from your refund.

This does not apply to faulty goods.


11. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items may not be eligible for return unless faulty, including:

  • earrings and jewellery intended for piercing

  • items clearly marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

This does not affect your statutory rights.


12. International Orders

We extend a 30-day goodwill returns policy worldwide.

Where consumer protection laws in your country provide greater rights than those set out here, those statutory rights will apply.

Return postage for international orders is the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
